With the news of the site inspection announcement Madone has mentioned and then the buying leading up to the 18th of May Record Date the SP will have a lot of impetus behind it to move upwards.
Likewise, it is clear to me that there are no or near to no sellers.
As to the 18th of May Record Date, why do you say that one must buy by the 16th?
