News must flow prior to record date.....must - to keep holders in.
3-5 CR rights issue at 1c is going to create a buying frenzy prior....especially at current SP levels = immediate profit.
..to protect SP and MC after CR, news flow will continue - BUT - be more powerful and impressive so that holders don't immediately jump to take profits - well not all of them anywayAlso, there has been no disclosure (happy to be corrected) around whether or not our CR 3-5 gift will be escrowed.
This has all be so well handled by management to date.....
