    Saying JV = wrong term for their free carry to 20% (not 10%) ownership of Mana if/when it gets to production. But my point is even stronger with 20% (holding 5% of the company and 20% of one of their projects) Q What value is our tie up with GL1 given their recent sp movement, our holding of 5% and 20% of Mana?
