Thanks - clear thinking!
ZNC just spun out their US lithium into a AIM vehicle ... no impact on stock price yet.

3 things really matter.
1. The attractiveness of the lithium asset (uncertain but looks big)
2. Managements Sense of urgency (nope)
3. Managements preferred transaction shape (no idea)

My fear is sense of urgency is absent with Breaker ... but i do hope im wrong. These guys discovered a million and half ounces in a bull market for gold and the stock has not gone up and any eventual mine is so far in the future no one seems to care ... so why assume they willl make the right moves on lithium ...
