Just one thing i thought of this morning.
Manna is just one project. To spin it out into a separate company, it may require more than just one project?
I had a look at SRK that @jdpc35 mentioned above. They had two projects.
A quick look at the ZNC one looks like they had two tenements also.
It may be more likely a sale or JV with someone or perhaps tip something else into the projects?
Anyway, all conjecture on my part. Just throwing random thoughts out there.
