What about a JV buy in? BRB could ask for a few million with a little up front and retain a free carried position that reduces in stages.
Clauses can include a right to contribute after production of a BFS by the JV partner that would manage exploration and fund it at a given rate.

BRB cannot sell the project tenements in case of gold discovery yet they could farm it out under some other agreement.
I believe they have not drilled this because of stated aims to concentrate on the mega emerging gold camp. The Li was just Manna from heaven and never seen as a core focus. Great time to monetize it though. It could be worth more than the current absurdly low M/Cap of BRB to us if handled properly. I believe the approach will be measured and with shareholders in mind.
