GMM has an option to pay 5mil USD (7.5mil AUD) to GXY to become a 50% JV in its Canadian lithium project which has reserves of 22.2mil @1.28% effectively 11mil resources would become owned by GMM.
EV/Resource is significantly diminished for GMM and increased for GXY, the option is more than likely going to be excercised.
Are you able to show us what would happen if this option is excercised. Basically -11mil resources from GXY and +11mil to GMM, also please increase GXY EV by 7.5mil and decrease GMM EV by 7.5mil
Also could you post the resource values you have for each company thanks.
