So is your initial GMM valuation correct? If it is then just show what happens after option is exercised (EV increase by 7.5mil and 11mil resources added).
If it was initially not correct, please show before and after the excercise of option.
I think that GXY will look worse if the option is excercised. I dont see a reason why it wouldnt be excercised. The deal was made way before this lithium boom so its likely to be uptaken.
Also not a lot of people know about this option, i had to dig around to find it. seems like a bargain for 5mil USD u get (50% of 22mil) 11mil of resources lol.
