Lithium stocks declining, when will they rise above?

Like most investors and people in general, we have all been watching and listening to global change in our world with demand growing for green energy. This includes Lithium, from cars to lawn mowers to the ASX stock exchange. Only 7 months ago, Lithium were the stocks everyone wanted and everyone was making 10 baggers or more. While Lithium is in huge demand and probably will be for at least the next 10 years, its taken a huge hit on the ASX since the highs of April at 119.99% to todays close of 45.09%. Thats a decline of 74.90 % in 7 months. In my opinion, we will see a rise of Lithium stocks again in 2017. Lithium watch list below as of close of trade Monday 21st November 2016.  We also need to take into account, there are at least another 50% more Lithium companies now on the list in November from the list in April.
