The PE shares are now officially notified and the requisite announcement made to the ASX that they are a major shareholder. Note the agreement stops them placing calls and puts on these shares for a year but does not stop them buying new shares from Monday. Might be worth a close look from time to time as we approach the point at which a delist offer price is made. Of course these processes may still take several weeks and may still depend heavily on the acquisition to come. The share consolidation won't be finalised until early next month. Still hope to be out of here by June.
