With the Equity 1 bid for 51% of ADR at 6.7 cents, it seems (I think they current have about 17+% with another $600,000 at 5 cents to finalise placement as per announcements) they could very well be successful. It is worth noting the indepenant directors have rejected the bid as being not recognising the true value of ADR. I fully agree with them. But, all said and done, people do take profits. Let's watch and see.
