    Also looking good is NTU they are not into Li but Dysprosium a heavy RE that features with Li in that it is a vital ingredient
    for Dysprosium/Cobalt/Neodinium/Fe very powerful magnets. These are used in a large variety of Li powered electric motors and magnetic machines. including of course power tools and EVs.
    NTU already are in preliminary production and have take-off agreements to cover their first production loads.
    They are currently in the final phase of processing plant construction.
    From what I can gather from my own research they have the only viable known resource outside of China
    Also they are not constrained by the very restrictive safety regimen associated with working with the other REs which
    are partially radio-active. To wit Lynas with it's plant in Malaysia.
