They just announcement today they executed a conditional binding term sheet with Yantai Jinyuan Mining Machinery Co., Ltd for a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) agreement for the construction of a lithium processing facility at its majority-owned Seymour Lake Lithium Project in Ontario, Canada.
I'm not too sure about the financing side of things except Yantai will be responsible for 50% of it.
