The advantage of GRE is its relatively low shares on issue, thus to get anywhere near AZS market cap the multiples from a current share price is huge.

If we consider the current shares on issue (including 13.21 million in escrow) ie
70,038,888 shares. Current share price $0.545, mkt cap $35 million. At a share price of $1.00 mkt cap only $70 million. At a share price of $5 = mkt cap $350 million. At $20 mkt cap $1.4 billion.

If we fully dilute shares for all unlisted options (they are now "all in the money"), ie
87,288,888 shares, plus $4 million cash received for their conversion:
At current share price of $0.545, a mkt cap of $43.6 million.
At a share price of $1.00 mkt cap = $87.3 million
At a share price of $5.00 mkt cap = $436.4 million.

Any indication that the surface spodumene extends at depth could easily push the share price to around $4 -$5 without an excessive impact on mkt cap.

Longreach, in your fully diluted model you missed the options to be issued to OMG which vest 2-4 years out and are currently in the money.

This adds:
1) 12.5M oppies ex.P. @ $0.16 if the 5 day VWAP exceeds $0.25 2 yrs out
2) 12.5M " " " @ $0.225 " " " $0.35 3 yrs out
3) 10M " " " @ $0.30 " " " $ 0.45 4 yrs out

So that adds another 35M oppies that won't show up in the financials until they vest.

So FD = 122.288M
Mkt Cap @ $0.50 = 61M
Mkt Cap @ $1.00 = 122M
Mkt Cap @ $5.00 = 610M

Still good considering potential here.
