Everything that you wrote, in this one post, is factually correct. Consider this, though:
Hybrids still have Lithium ion (usually NCM) batteries in them. They're smaller, and typically utilize 1/4 to 1/3 of the Lithium that a pure EV battery does, but they still utilize Lithium. Toyota hybrids selling like hotcakes is good for our business.
You're omitting the continued growth of EV sales, which even in this "down market," is expected to be between 20% and 30%, depending on the incompetent corrupt analysts making the predictions. Remember, the two largest EV makers on the planet are BYD and TSLA; TSLA saw increased EV sales of 37.7% and BYD's increase was 61.9%.
