More people buying hybrids than EV's now. 20% of new car sales are hybrids and EV's 1/5 of that. Hybrids are far cheaper and do both petrol and electric its why most Taxi's use hybrids now and its catching on with others now too.
Hybrids are about the same price as a petrol car where EV's cost twice as much.
With spod down 90% you'd think EV's would be far cheaper by now after all an ev is just a battery with a body to it and they all ought to be about the same price.
Over supply is a big issue too. To many new mines and the current big miners expanding causing over supply.
EV's really ought to be far cheaper than petrol cars but greed has taken over and people going back to petrol or going the hybrid way due to cost of living pressures brought on by greed again.
Look in cars.com.au many are selling their EV's after only 2 years and struggling to sell them.
