Once ISO is done it will be very interesting to see how the financing pans out. My main concern is that going back and forth between buyers during the tender process is actually a far more complicated process than we think. We all have 10% offtake in mind b/c that is what phil has said, but i think there is potential for the actual number to vary considerably from this (either positively or negatively).

Does anyone know when the company has to break ground on the new plant in order to reach the 3Q09 production deadline?
