Clearly this stock has potential, but the $100m financing may not be as easy as you think at the rate shareholders are currently expecting. Yes they are sitting on a huge resource, but $45b in ground in value at spot prices is not a meaningful figure. First it has to be financed, then the value depends on how fast it is extracted.
I love the big picture here, but at the end of the day the market wants lower risk, i.e. financing secured and cash flow on the horizon. Until these points are clarified trade will probably be pretty choppy imho.
