My first 25 posts on AJM were negative.
What has changed...
They have shown that losses in Q4 were bought back to much more sustainable levels.
They have more funds on hand than originally thought once the term deposit was taken into account
They finally seem to be taking the lithium deposit much more seriously in the past few months whereas the previous 3 years they were largely ignored for coal.
Most importantly it seems they can get out of the remaining coal debt under vendor finance or at least prolong repayment.
There are still issues but they seem to be addressing them.
I think there is a general realization that lithium rather than coal holds the key.
They are still high risk to me but the upside risk / reward is about what I look for.
I wouldn't bet the house on them but to me, I think they are worth a holding.
