Lionergy may be a shelf company but Jiao Jian is very well connected in the Lithium field.
We may never know the full story behind how it will work but we're trying.
In addition I don't post anything that I feel may be personal in nature.
I guess Lionergy is at least outwardly a personal enterprise so does not need to be mentioned by MMG as there is no conflict.
