China would not have changed regulations unless majors were ready for it. ON is a major.
In addition ON are involved in buses where the most pressure lies so I would guess them to be one of the first.

Whereas the west tends to release press releases often before success, in China you usually hear about it much later. Not the world's best marketers but they do get on with the job.

It almost doesn't matter. There will be very few resources coming online this year so AJM I think will have no problems finding a home.

We assume construction can begin in earnest tomorrow. Financing will be needed to keep tings moving but there is enough there to get rolling now. Nothing like construction pictures to wet the appetite of Chinese and other investors.
