They are eager to get involved, I don't think they participated in Talison's syndicated facility, original or upsize, so they might have more appetite than others.
Slightly off topic: Reality is most banks will come to the party, with all the recent talk about green bonds, blue bonds, green loans and anything sustainable finance related, banks clearly want to be seen as doing their bit.
Similar to locking in creditworthy offtake partners, first in will be best dressed when it comes to bank debt, remembering banks remain cautious and have caps on exposures (albeit these caps are increasing/get rebalanced). Demonstrate stable production / cashflow and Ajm will be a lot closer to taking the high yield bond monkey off its back.
