    News just came out today. BJ 2019 NEV licences (54000 of them) were all taken up. There are 390K applicants waiting for licenses after this. The rumor is that BJ government maybe comtemplating to all existing IC vechicle license holders to buy NEV in a move to speed up the pollution reduction objective. This will push existing IC license holders to quicken the adoption of NEV.
