No sure why it would not take 3 years but in saying that it is possible. I happen to think along the lines of 2 years and reason being supply constraints

Fast and furious race to nameplate could very well be determined by overall demand and of course current market prices due to some oversupply
Current prices could make a dent in supply IMO as productions levels decrease so a slowly but surely approach works for me. Financing stage 2 has to be on much better terms than stage 1 and as there is no info on this I am happy to watch until some more definitive news on fianancing of current operations and future operations and overall debt control
