They’re probably reading HC and expecting retailers to ‘load up’ at these bargain prices, create a bit of FOMO and deploy a bull trap to achieve more selling at a higher price? Alternatively there’s no obvious near term catalyst to the SP so if there’s a desire to sell or churn the price lower they’ll play a long game, also don’t want to create an obviously oversold position and have to compete with traders if there is an entity truly wanting to force selling/drive the price down.
