Wesfarmers is already stitching itself in with Tianqi which has made a concerted effort in the last several years to develop a very solid and respected high profile ‘face’ in Western Australia.( ..sponsoring Perth Symphony Orchestra, donating $5 million to WA museum, presenting at local schools and many other events and more)
Bringing Altura (and/orPLS) into the fold would further cement it’s alliance with a very powerful partner ...?
And also fit in with James Brown’s mention of potential downstream processing opportunities ?
