WES would not need FIRB approval.
Clearly the whole Li sector is in a state of flux as players position themselves for the next decade and to bring on supply which is commercially viable is taking longer than anticipated.
The comment from Livent re producing LiOH was a mistake most probably relates to the expense of producing LiOH from brine from their Argentinean mine not from Nemaska hardrock as was intended.
