They could actually pay all of the debt off in that time depending on how aggressive they are:
220,000tpa x (US$550 - US$250(cost)) x 1.41 - 27million (interest) = 66million a year
AJM won't have to pay tax for a while so:
3x66 million = $198 million
The above obviously doesnt account for decreased interest as the debt is paid each year or if a lower interest rate was to be achieved.
