it's funny how those harping on debt, or costs not yet disclosed, are heavy into other companies where the directors have either offloaded shares, or did just a soft swap so not obvious that they offloaded the heavier fin burden of their holdings.
maybe AJM bod are too subtle for such 'analysts'. A lot of spoonfeeding needed for them. Let them enjoy their obliviousness.
