    July 2019 China Li Battery installation figure came at 4.7GWh, 40% growth from last year and 29% decrease from June 2019. The figures implied that passenger EV sales was down quite a lot but commercial EV went up dramatically. Hence, the total number looked pretty good considering everyone rushed to buy in June before subsidy ended.
