SS are not in this to help retail shareholders, they might sweeten things for management since they have their hands on the tiller and large stock holdings sufficient to trip up corporate moves. SS will want as big a piece of the AJM pie for as little money as possible whether that's through 'white knight' capital activity to keep the ship afloat, increasing their proportionate holding and diluting the rest of us. Or even through collusion with PALA to buy/control the entire entity by driving it to the wall and picking up the pieces at or just after the 11th hour. There's still a plausible route to a very good outcome, and maybe management are aligned enough with you and I to ensure we all do okay, but nothing is guaranteed. This level of risk is why the price is falling, could be a bargain or very burnt fingers, hence my 'hold'. We need material change to debt, spod price or consistent profitability in the face of very low prices before I'll look to add.
