The details of the modular design expansion were openly discussed by JB at the road show presentations last year and I believe at the AGM also. He spoke about the fact that another coarse plant was the quickest way to increase production at a much lower cost. Another fines circuit would be added when money was available.
With all they have learnt and the upgrades to the plant that have been completed this year. I can only imagine that the cost of 2a would be higher than the original forecast of 60million But I also estimate that it would have a shorter construction and commissioning lead time and nameplate could be fast tacked.
