    Tianqi is stuck with the phase one production of its Talison due to lack of overseas construction and management experience. It issued a warning on 3rd of Feb to SH, saying doubling investment to this project with anticipated delays and uncertainties. It was a wrong decision to invest in production here, pure and simple.
