The 36 million unpaid invoice is worrying for Tianqi.
I can't see an amicable resolution as the claim has been lodged with the Supreme Court there would have been plenty of discussions pre lodgement.
Interesting to know the date of lodgement as this unpaid invoice was more than likely pre covid 19.
The upside is for Gangfeng and their Li suppliers, as they will not have any new competition in the near future.
