Well 5% is amazing... Obviously finance is coming and there is sentiment change in the sector even though SPOD prices does not reflect... PLS suggesting pricing between $410-$440 or around these levels..
AJM would be selling at these levels...which is still good enough considering the market... Our cash cost should be low $300 or so..
Now JB needs to get us some low rate finance and we are set..
