It looks like management have spent the money where they said they would.
The next announcement could be about Stage 2 Shanahan Gangfeng as partners IMO the wild card being Tesla who might want to take a stake by an offtake agreement like they did with KDR.
This would reduce the fear of re refinancing and give good leverage for borrowing rates.

I would say Tesla, Berlin will be using OZ spod as nothing in Europe in Li mining is up and running to fulfill Tesla needs.
Too much risk there, that the mines won't get started, expanded due environmental and social concerns and that it's not a good look for Tesla customers.
Tesla could do a BMW OZ spod only mandate.
All good for AJM who is in the customer supply chain to Tesla and BMW.
