Royal, generally funds consider stocks as far away from production as PLS is currently as out of the question as they like near-term production and cashflows. PLS is probably on insto radars, but until it gets closer to production and into ASX300 etc it will be dismissed by a lot of funds. That's when the real action happens in my view from past experiences...
