Firstly, IF they have to raise that 4.5m, it means they want to purchase the tenement, which means that the tenement would have met their expectations (JORC resource with pre-feasibility done). If the tenement meets their expectations, then gl trying to buy AGY for anything less than 15c. When the price is 15c, even a child knows that they won't raise for anything less than 12c.
Secondly, IF the tenement does not meet their expectations (which is highly unlikely), then they won't buy it and therefore won't need to raise.
