Sorry to ask this - but I stopped showing interest in MGG quite a while ago. So can someone just tell me what is happening to existing shareholders with this name change and IPO. A consolidation I presume to hide the failed attempts of the past??
What is the consolidation rate?
What is the IPO price?
Is that "d..." Gernot still involved?
If they could guarantee to bury him under a lithium slag heap I would be into the IPO.
