    I am astounded at how these people continue to attract so called 'Dream Teams' when all incarnations have a 100% failure record to this point.

    If these people are so highly regarded in their respective industries, why would they go anywhere near this risk of reputational damage? I suspect it is quite possibly a quick cash and dash opportunity in between higher profile gigs?
