CGM's Lithium is shareholders major-and may be only-prospect. So, MMH are vital. Let's review:

3rd August 2016: CGM enters into LOI with MMH Capital Limited; holder of Brazil Lithium Tenements.

8th March 2017: ASX Update Ann

May 2017: CGM appoints FT Geologist.

31st May 2017: CGM's EGM. Resolution # 4 "Placement To MMH Capital Ltd". 100m shares. Approved.

2nd Oct 2017: Initial Lab Results

27th Nov 2017: CGM's AGM. Resolution # 7 "Placement To MMH Capital Ltd". 100m shares. Approved.

All up = 17 months.

Very slow progress. All along and on-song with MMH Capital Limited! Perhaps...?

Somewhat all depends on "Just who Are MMH?" Ans: Apart from having a Dubai address, nothing on Bloomberg or Internet!

Strength of LOI? Ans: Shareholder's don't know.

(Based on releases re "LICA" on DNI-CGM Deal, there's been so much information previously withheld that's now being revealed & highly relevant for S/H's).

Various HC people have spoken to Randal. Explanation is that "it's complicated" and like. Not good enough.

IMO, it's incumbent on CGM Board to provide shareholders with relevant information. Plus Market Update.
