This is what I think will happen next.

First of all, I want to thank a lot our previous chairman Huge Warner and Duncan Harry Greaves for discovering and exploring our Arcadia project.
Also a warm welcome to all our new shareholders.
And finally, a warm welcome to our new Chairman Mark Wheatly (linked with Uranium One) and Director Dev Shetty (linked with our biggest shareholder, Lord Of Seven Hills). Think of this what you want, but to me this is not a coincidence.

Our pilot plant will be constructed and operational by ~May 2021.
It will then take around one month to run the pilot plant for modifications and improvements.
Around June 2021 we should have the Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) and all the data to update our staged DFS with our floatation double recovery.
I think, for our first stage (0.6 Mtpa) our new CAPEX will be around 75 Mio. US$.

Uranium One has the balance sheet to buy us, but they want security, proven processes and more than lab level samples first. With our pilot plant they will get tons of high quality and high purity samples. Sometime during H2 2021 Uranium One will make a big equity investment or buy us all.

Afrexim bank is a development bank and they have never invested in a mining business. So they want security as well. They will jump in with their funding mandate as soon as they have the security that Uranium One will invest around 33% of the CAPEX needed first.

The last 2-3 years have been very hard and frustrating with Prospect Resources and the whole lithium sector. But now, the lithium demand and with it the lithium prices are rising and this is the best help we could get.
