    Thanks Rob for this post

There has been a fair amount of discussion on HC about the possibility of Lithium being bypassed by a new technology for batteries. After all Lithium does have its drawbacks - over heating (controllable) limited recharge cycles etc

There are a great deal of recent articles to be found on Google re Fisker and his new Graphene supercapacitor technology - Fisker Nanotech

As has been posted here, if indeed it is viable it sounds like there is much more work to be done, ie some years from being a viable technology.   Nevertheless, it is interesting and worthy of attention as we are looking into the near/longer term future with our PLS holdings and any rival technology should be acknowledged.

It seems to me though (IMO of course), that graphene combined with Li-ion batteries are the more likely improvement on current Li-ion(only) batteries

All discussion on this topic would be welcomed from those more savvy than I.

And please note, I am a two year plus holder of PLS and plan to remain so for the long term - this is not a down ramp.

Also I have reposted this from IMARC thread
