Not challenging you. im located between Sydney and Adelaide. So not quite your level of sunshine and mine have been up about 5 years. I average 44 KWH per day over the year. So that is over 16000. I have a 5 KWH system also and it does as you would expect, about 8000 per year. I have never seen 80% efficiency. So the best I catch it doing is about 7 odd KWh but that would not last for more than a few hours.
Your system seems to be under performing by a large margin and should be checked.
