What a shitty company this is...I tried calling their WA office on the number provided on their website, only to be told, "the number you have dialled has been disconnected, check the number before calling again". Been almost 6 weeks the samples had been dispatched, but no news so far whilst everyone here is busy speculating the time and results of the announcement.
