I have had a similar approach as you have and I am probably free carried now but thats a nonsensical term as I have a lot at risk. Is PLS risky??? I have often stated its about 85% derisked and hopefully in 7 weeks time it will be 95% derisked when:
1. Permitting is received
2. BOAs are signed
3. Cash up front deposits are agreed by customers
4. Plans for remaining finance are finalised and finance is guaranteed
Sooooo in the mean time once that SP falls just a bit further I will make some nice hay (short term trading profits) while the sun shines on such a silly low SP.

Did I mention its a strong buy even at these prices. I predict 50% capital gain from here by mid year at the latest. Could be much sooner if a T.O. eventuates!!! All IMO so DYOR as I have done mine.
