AC has clearly mentioned on a number of occasions that existing holders will get free shares in the new li co.. ratio don’t know.. so free shares is happening unless there is another U turn on this..
we would also be given an opportunity to participate in the IPO maybe as a preference .

@dazaliam - I don’t think they will dilute it that much as they would want to leave enough room just in case funding is required via CR’s
