WHEREAS Sayona Quebec commissioned the firm Richelieu Hydrogéologie inc.(RHI) for the realization of a basic hydrogeological study and for the evaluationimpacts of the Authier project on groundwater related to the projectoperating an open pit mine;WHEREAS the municipal council wishes to receive a confirmation that the studyhydrogeological study of the firm RHI was carried out according to the rules of the art;WHEREAS the municipal council wishes to validate the conclusions ofthe study by another expert than RHI;WHEREAS the expenses will be borne by Sayona Québec;FOR THESE REASONS:IT IS PROPOSED by Mr. Luc St-Pierre, seconded by Mr. MarcelBourassa and unanimously resolved to mandate the firm Akifer to carry out this studyfor a sum of four thousand eight hundred and fifty dollars ($ 4,850)
