Council for La Motte , September Minutes so far Authier on Track

WHEREAS Sayona Quebec commissioned the firmRichelieu Hydrogéologie inc.

(RHI) for the realization of a basichydrogeological study and for the evaluation

impacts of the Authier project on groundwaterrelated to the project

operating an open pit mine;

WHEREAS the municipal council wishes to receivea confirmation that the study

hydrogeological study of the firm RHI wascarried out according to the rules of the art;

WHEREAS the municipal council wishes to validatethe conclusions of

the study by another expert than RHI;

WHEREAS the expenses will be borne by SayonaQuébec;

FOR THESE REASONS:

IT IS PROPOSED by Mr. Luc St-Pierre, seconded byMr. Marcel

Bourassa and unanimously resolved to mandate thefirm Akifer to carry out this study

for a sum of four thousand eight hundred andfifty dollars ($ 4,850)
