CHM's biggest asset is its mmx litigation. what i would like to know is the details of the litigation finance contract. If for example chm has to give the litigation financier say 50% of the proceeds of a win then the shareholders and the general public should know because it will make a substantial difference to any decision to buy or sell chm.
Further chm has entered into various loan agreements and the details of those have not been disclosed.
Come on ASX make this mob disclose the market sensitive information.
